Почему компьютер не видит Samsung Galaxy Note 5 через USB

Владельцы смартфонов регулярно подключают мобильный девайс к ПК. Делается это для того, чтобы передать файлы с одного носителя на другой для дальнейшего использования. Но иногда пользователи сталкиваются с проблемой, когда телефон Samsung Galaxy Note 5 не видит компьютер. Почему так происходит, и что нужно делать в такой ситуации?

Почему Samsung Galaxy Note 5 не видит компьютер

Если человек подключает смартфон к ПК через USB-кабель, но компьютер никак не реагирует, значит, пользователь столкнулся с одной из следующих проблем:

  • неисправность кабеля;
  • поломка гнезда USB на одном из устройств;
  • на компьютере установлены некорректные драйвера для смартфона, или их нет вовсе;
  • при подключении выбрана опция «Только зарядка»;
  • сбой в работе операционной системы одного из устройств.

Таким образом, все обозначенные проблемы можно поделить на физические и программные. Чтобы определить точную причину того, что телефон Samsung Galaxy Note 5 не видит ПК, нужно выполнить проверку оборудования и настроек обоих устройств.

Как решить проблему

Для начала вы должны убедиться, что для подключения используется исправный кабель. Самый простой способ – поставить телефон на зарядку с тем же шнуром. Если девайс заряжается, значит, проблема точно не в кабеле.

Второй момент, который пользователи часто упускают из вида, – выбран неправильный тип подключения. Когда человек соединяет смартфон с ПК, на экране мобильного устройства появляется уведомление, предлагающее выбрать один из нескольких типов сопряжения:

  • только зарядка;
  • камеры;
  • медиаустройство и так далее.

По умолчанию указывается тип «Только зарядка». При таком подключении смартфон на ОС Андроид просто получает энергию от компьютера. Проверьте настройки сопряжения и выберете пункт «Подключить как медиаустройство» или «USB-накопитель». Только в таком случае ПК увидит телефон Samsung Galaxy Note 5, как полноценный носитель информации.

Если же при подключении мобильного девайса к ПК не происходит совсем ничего (гаджет даже не заряжается), нужно проверить работоспособность интерфейса USB на компьютере. Например, можно вставить флешку или подключить мышку.

Проблемы физического характера (поломка кабеля или разъема) решаются только заменой комплектующих. А в ситуации, когда вы выбираете правильный тип подключения (медиаустройство) и пользуетесь исправными аксессуарами, причиной появления ошибки становятся неисправные драйвера.

Как правило, они устанавливаются автоматически при первом сопряжении смартфона и ПК. Загружается ПО только при наличии соединения с интернетом. Если не подключиться к сети, драйвера загружены не будут. Поэтому рекомендуется проверить доступ к интернету.

Проверить работоспособность драйверов можно следующим образом:

  1. Открыть диспетчер устройств (Win+R и затем ввести devmgmt.msc).
  2. Найти в списке MTP-устройство или название телефона.
  3. Дважды нажать левой кнопкой мыши.
  4. Кликнуть «Обновить драйвер».
  5. Выбрать «USB-устройство MTP».
  6. Нажать «Далее».
  7. Дождаться окончания переустановки драйверов.

Если же в диспетчере устройств никак не отображается смартфон, есть смысл включить на гаджете Андроид режим разработчика:

  1. Открыть настройки телефона.
  2. Перейти в раздел «Для разработчиков».
  3. Активировать функцию.
  4. Кликнуть «Конфигурация USB по умолчанию».
  5. Выбрать значение «Передача файлов».

Когда не помогает ни один из предложенных советов, единственный выход – сбросить настройки смартфона. Эта операция выполняется в том случае, если владелец устройства подозревает, что сопряжение отсутствует из-за наличия вирусов.

Для сброса настроек нужно:

  1. Открыть настройки.
  2. Перейти в раздел «Восстановление и сброс».
  3. Нажать «Сбросить настройки».

После выполнения операции с мобильного девайса удалятся все файлы. Чтобы не потерять важную информацию, рекомендуется предварительно создать резервную копию.

Альтернативные методы подключения

Если соединить телефон Samsung Galaxy Note 5 с компьютером через USB не получилось, можно попробовать альтернативные методы передачи информации с одного устройства на другое:

Первый вариант не нуждается в подробном описании, так как в таком случае просто требуется вставить карту памяти в адаптер и подключить к ПК через соответствующий разъем. Но подобный вид сопряжения позволит лишь перекинуть файлы на флешку или с нее.

Чтобы получить доступ к памяти смартфона, нужно использовать соединение Wi-Fi. Для этого понадобится дополнительная программа. Например, MyPhoneExplorer. Ее следует загрузить как на ПК (с официального сайта), так и на телефон (через Google Play).

Дальнейшее подключение выполняется следующим образом:

  1. Подключить оба устройства к одной сети Wi-Fi.
  2. Открыть приложение MyPhoneExplorer на телефоне.
  3. Придумать пароль для подключения.
  4. Открыть программу на ПК.
  5. Нажать кнопку «Файл» и выбрать пункт «Подключить».
  6. Подтвердить сопряжение вводом ранее созданного кода.

Так смартфон сможет подключиться к ПК без использования USB-кабеля. В MyPhoneExplorer на компьютере отобразится список всех доступных файлов. Можно перекинуть информацию как с телефона, так и на него.

Как не столкнуться с проблемой в будущем

Чтобы впредь ситуация не повторялась, и телефон Samsung Galaxy Note 5 всегда видел компьютер, следуйте нескольким простым советам:

  1. Используйте для подключения только комплектные аксессуары. Не покупайте дешевые кабели.
  2. На телефоне выставляйте параметр «Медиаустройство» или «USB-накопитель».
  3. При первом сопряжении не забудьте установить драйвера и при необходимости обновить их.

Трудно отказать новому фаблету в стильности и изящности. Особых дизайнерских открытий нет, но все по-деловому сдержано и продумано. Сразу же замечаешь огромный экран с очень тонкими боковыми рамками. Благодаря этому габариты аппарата не такие уж и большие, как могли бы быть. Толщину корпуса тоже удалось сделать очень небольшой.

 

Благодаря отличному олеофобному покрытию экран практически не «притягивает» отпечатки пальцев, да и удаляются они очень легко. Изысканности добавляет стеклянная задняя панель с изогнутыми краями. Правда, в отличие от поверхности экрана, она существенно более маркая, а по форме чем-то напоминает дисплей смартфона Galaxy S6 Edge. О механической прочности всего этого богатства думать не хочется, не говоря уже о последствиях падения даже с небольшой высоты — особенно при таких размерах корпуса. Но не будем о грустном. В целом аппарат и смотрится отлично, и в руке лежит очень даже неплохо. Сборка и качество материалов превосходные.

 

Боковые края металлические с качелькой громкости слева и кнопкой включения/блокировки справа. Нижняя грань максимально насыщена различными элементами. Здесь и гнездо для гарнитуры, и гнездо USB. Далее идут внешний динамик (к сожалению, он только один) и отверстие основного микрофона. Почти у самого края находится гнездо, где прячется стилус. Чтобы его извлечь, следует нажать на торец последнего, напоминающий кнопку шариковой ручки. После щелчка стилус будет выступать и его можно будет извлечь с небольшим усилием. Это действие смартфон не оставит незамеченным и запустит соответствующее приложение, демонстрируя полную готовность к работе стилусом. Когда стилус возвращают на свое место, приходится снова нажать на торцевую кнопку, и после щелчка она прячется заподлицо с нижней гранью. Главное не перепутать и всегда вставлять перо острием внутрь. Последствия такой ошибки могут закончиться поломкой или необходимостью обратиться в сервисный центр.

 

Главным элементом верхней грани Galaxy Note 5 является выдвижная рамка для SIM-карты

 

На верхней грани оставили только дополнительный микрофон и выдвижную рамку для nanoSIM-карты. К сожалению, по сравнению с предшественником, исчезли слот расширения памяти и ИК-излучатель для дистанционного управления бытовой техникой.

 

Вернемся к передней панели. Под экраном традиционно для Samsung расположены две сенсорные и одна аппаратная кнопка «Домой» по центру, которая одновременно является сканером отпечатков пальцев. Хочется отметить, что сканер быстро и уверенно справляется со своей задачей и дополнительно позволяет идентифицировать пользователя при подключении к различным онлайн-сервисам или совершении интернет-платежей. Практически не влияет на результаты распознавания то, под каким углом будет приложен палец. Еще одной замечательной особенностью является возможность запуска камеры при двойном нажатии на эту кнопку.

 

На задней панели в верхней части расположен объектив мощной камеры с прекрасной светосилой и оптической стабилизацией, что позволяет получать неплохие результаты даже в условиях плохого освещения. Рядом с объективом — светодиодная вспышка, которая не только используется по прямому назначению, но и вместе с фитнес-датчиком измеряет показатели состояния здоровья. Об этом мы расскажем ниже, а сейчас отметим, что по своим характеристикам и программному обеспечению камера в новом фаблете практически не отличается от установленной в Galaxy S6. Здесь и масса ручных настроек для энтузиастов, и возможность съемки в формате RAW, и еще много других приятных фишек, большинство из которых были хорошо описаны в нашем тесте камеры Galaxy S6. В итоге снимает Galaxy Note 5 превосходно и по праву может считаться одним из лидеров в этом деле.

 

 

Разнообразные настройки камеры рассчитаны как на новичков, так и на опытных фотолюбителей. Среди множества режимов съемки есть даже возможность снять «Виртуальный тур», запечатлев объект со всех сторон

 

Автономность

 

При работе со многими гаджетами очень важным показателем является автономность. При этом по сравнению с Note 4 тревожной новостью, которую, вероятно, могут заметить наши внимательные читатели, является уменьшение емкости установленного аккумулятора — с 3200 до 3000 мА·ч. К тому же аккумулятор стал несъемным. Неужели еще один минус? Однозначного ответа нет, но нужно сказать, что существенных потерь в этом мы не заметили.

 

При умеренном использовании аппарат способен продержаться более одного дня. В режиме воспроизведения видео при средней громкости и яркости аппарат проработал около 10 ч. С учетом размеров экрана показатели совсем неплохие. Вероятно, свою лепту вносят экономичный экран и энергоэффективный процессор. К достоинствам, которые у нас не было возможности проверить, относится также заявленная производителем быстрая зарядка, в том числе и беспроводная. Таким образом, проблем с питанием и автономностью у Note 5 быть не должно.

 

Экран

Справедливости ради, нельзя промолчать о качестве экрана. Известно, что существенными достоинствами AMOLED-технологии являются высокая яркость в сочетании с низким энергопотреблением. При этом главным недостатком считаются чересчур насыщенные цвета.

 

В Note 5 удалось не только выжать все из достоинств, но и нивелировать недостатки. Super AMOLED-матрица аппарата обеспечивает отличную яркость, как в обычных условиях, так и на ярком солнце. А для улучшения цветопередачи предусмотрено четыре цветовых профиля, позволяющие пользователю подобрать наиболее подходящий, в зависимости от условий использования и решаемых задач.

 

S-Pen и всё-всё-всё

Отдельно хочется рассказать о фирменной особенности фаблета — стилусе. Фактически это предмет гордости и главное отличие линейки Galaxy Note от других подобных устройств. Сразу следует сказать, что пользоваться стилусом в новой модели стало еще удобнее, а система взаимодействия с ним еще более продуманной. Как мы уже писали, аппарат мгновенно реагирует на извлечение стилуса. Если сделать это при заблокированной экране, сразу же появляется возможность сделать рукописную заметку. В остальных случаях на весь экран открывается контекстное меню с набором ярлычков, расположенных полукругом. Три из них зафиксированы: это «Активная заметка», «Снимок экрана» и «Смарт-выбор». Назначение первых двух очевидно, а последний позволяет сделать скриншот не всего экрана, а только его участка, обведенного стилусом.

 

 

К полезным дополнительным возможностям относятся возможность кратковременно открыть фото или событие календаря при наведении кончика пера на них, а также выделить фрагмент текста при нажатой кнопке стилуса.

 

 

Замечательно справляется фаблет и с распознаванием рукописных заметок, даже если писать их, не очень стараясь. Чем лучше пользоваться, экранной клавиатурой или рукописным вводом, мы решать не беремся — кому как удобнее. Интересно также, что устройство начинает сигналить, когда стилус оказывается на расстоянии более 3м от него.

 

Аппаратная начинка

 

Пришло время разобраться с начинкой. В качестве процессора разработчики решили использовать чип Exynos 7420 собственной разработки, хорошо зарекомендовавший себя в смартфоне Galaxy S6. Сам по себе процессор достаточно мощный, но дополнительно свой вклад в общий показатель производительности вносит очень приличный объем оперативной памяти в 4 ГБ. А вот на внутренней памяти решили сэкономить. В нашем тестовом образце ограничились 32 ГБ. Особенно неприятно, что слот для карт расширения вообще не предусмотрен.

 

 

 

 

Быстродействие фаблета на очень высоком уровне. Это относится и к отзывчивости интерфейса, и к общей производительности. Синтетические тесты полностью подтверждают его лидерство.

 

Коммуникационные возможности аппарата также достаточно современны и разнообразны. Поддерживается связь в сетях вплоть до LTE. Модуль Wi-Fi работает на частотах 2,4 и 5 ГГц в стандартах 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Предусмотрен также новый стандарт связи Bluetooth 4.2 LE — более безопасный и экономичный, чем предшествующий. Есть также навигационный модуль и модули NFC с поддержкой Mifare и ANT+ для подключения к устройствам мониторинга самочувствия.

 

Android и TouchWiz

 

В настоящее время Samsung Galaxy Note 5 работает под управлением Android 5.1 Lollipop с улучшенной фирменной оболочкой TouchWiz. И в ближайшее время ожидается обновление ОС до Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

 

 

 

По умолчанию в аппарате установлено множество приложений, в том числе Skype, набор офисных приложений Microsoft, клиент OneDrive, со 100 ГБ облачного пространства на два года, и Smart Manager, который поможет контролировать состояние устройства и защитит его от вирусов

 

С учетом немалых размеров аппарата и для упрощения управления им одной рукой в оболочке TouchWiz предусмотрено несколько специальных режимов. Первый хорошо известен по другим моделям фаблетов — некоторые элементы приложений с кнопками управления уменьшаются и прижимаются к одному из краев экрана. Кроме этого, появился новый режим уменьшения всего содержимого экрана. Быстро перейти в него можно тройным нажатием на кнопку «Домой».

 

В итоге

Хочется отметить высокое качество сборки, отличную производительность, замечательный экран и очень качественные камеры нового Galaxy Note. Неплохая автономность и множество полезных программ, включая Microsoft Office, прямо из коробки сделают аппарат прекрасным компактным повседневным помощником, способным, порой, успешно заменить планшет тем, кто готов заплатить за него весьма ощутимую цену. В то же время, ряд таких особенностей, как несъемный аккумулятор, хрупкость корпуса и отсутствие слота расширения памяти могут быть серьезными аргументами в пользу предыдущей модели Galaxy Note.

We doubt any of these tests will make a Note fan get the S7 edge, because if you love the S-Pen, nothing can replace it. We wanted to explore Samsung’s flagship camera evolution over the past few devices and see what got better and what not. As it turned out Samsung just made a great camera even greater. The image quality is often on par across all three devices, but the processing algorithm is more sophisticated for brighter and sharper images. While there is an Auto HDR option on all devices, we’re pleased to say that the Note7 hardly needs this mode. Maybe the biggest downside – and this is a huge matter of personal preference – is the lack of a flat-screen Note 7. At this stage, it’s hard to score a phone that currently doesn’t have a UK price, or indeed a solid UK release date. When I heard the initial specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, I derisively dubbed it the Note 4.5. I thought Samsung hadn’t gone far enough with upgrades and new features. However, I quickly became a convert as I lovingly caressed the smooth glass, and live-streamed video of my dog. Good news is, if you’re of the stylus mindset then the S Pen delivers more on the Note 5 than in any prior generation. The tweaks are, in and of themselves, fairly small, but they add up to a much more usable experience that — with features like PDF annotation — address legitimate and common complaints among power users. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has one fatal flaw: it won’t be coming to the UK, at least, not any time soon. That seems to be a damning indictment on the way the British public views the slightly confusing S Pen, and would rather have the large simplicity of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ if they’re going to spend a huge wedge of cash on a phablet.

I used to think of the Galaxy Note as “the” pen-enabled, large-display, large-battery capacity phone. The Note 5 design is very neat, but it did remove the large-battery capacity of the equation. That said, the Note 5 is easily the best large-display phone on the market, and certainly the best large-display Android phone. The excellent pen user experience is really a bonus on top of that.

When we said Samsung rushed the launch of the Galaxy Note5, you may have thought it was somehow unfinished. It certainly doesn’t appear to be so at this point, instead it’s the carefully thought out upgrade we’re used to seeing from Samsung. Sure, it has lost a few of its productivity features, and we’ll be hearing a lot about its battery. The comments section was barely beginning to accept that it won’t be user-replaceable, as the rumored 4,100mAh capacity was enough to shake battery anxiety away. The actual capacity is nowhere nearly as impressive and the 3,000mAh number is less than even the Note II.
